We offer an exchange only policy. No refunds. Customers have within the product's specific warranty date to request an exchange. Exchanges are not interchangeable (cannot exchange the purchased product for a different product number). Exchanges requested after 30 days from the date of purchase are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all S&H fees. Customers are required to contact us for proper return instructions prior to returning the defective product(s).  Proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty issues and the item must not have been used.

Dead On Arrival (DOA)

We thoroughly test all our product(s) prior to shipment. However, we have no control over carrier negligence. Customers have 7 days from the date of shipment receipt to report any DOA (Dead On Arrival) product in order to receive reimbursement for return shipping fees. Reimbursements will be calculated according to the current carrier rates.


Faulty Goods

We are confident in our products and if a fault develops within the warranty period the item can be sent to us where the fault will be investigated.  If there is found to be a product fault the item will be exchanged for a similar item as long as it is in good condition and has no signs of abuse or tampering.
